1. Respect Other Fans
Disagreement is part of football. Personal attacks, targeted harassment, intimidation, threats or repeated abusive behavior are not acceptable.
2. No Hate or Discrimination
Do not attack or degrade people based on race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
3. No Cheating or Manipulation
Do not exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, coordinate manipulation, create fraudulent accounts, tamper with results or attempt to gain an unfair advantage in games, leaderboards, promotions or draws.
4. Keep Accounts Authentic
Do not impersonate another person, club, organization or Ballwhizz representative. Do not misrepresent your identity in ways intended to deceive other users.
5. Protect Privacy
Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without permission, including contact details, account credentials, addresses or other identifying information.
6. Safe and Appropriate Content
Do not submit content that promotes violence, criminal activity, scams, malware, sexual exploitation or other harmful conduct. Spam and repeated disruptive content are also prohibited.
7. Football Rivalry Has Limits
Club rivalry, jokes and competitive discussion are welcome when they remain within respectful boundaries. Rivalry is not an excuse for threats, discrimination, harassment or coordinated abuse.
8. Fair Participation
Where Ballwhizz runs prizes, draws, competitions or reward campaigns, users must follow the specific rules and eligibility requirements. Attempts to manipulate eligibility or results may lead to disqualification.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and context, Ballwhizz may remove content, limit features, reverse unfair gains, disqualify entries, suspend accounts or permanently restrict access.
10. Reporting
If you believe content or behavior violates these guidelines, use the available reporting or support channels and provide enough information for our team to review the issue.
