2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information where required and for maintaining the security of your account and devices. You may not use another person's account without permission or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Ballwhizz.
3. Football Information
Fixtures, scores, statistics, player information, news and other football data may be supplied by third-party providers. While we aim to provide accurate and timely information, Ballwhizz does not guarantee that all football data will always be complete, error-free or available without interruption.
4. Predictions, Trivia and Games
Predictions, trivia, Cardz and similar features are provided for entertainment and fan engagement. Game rules, scoring methods, entry requirements and availability may vary by competition, season, country or campaign.
5. Coins, Gems, Tokens and Digital Items
Ballwhizz may include virtual items or balances such as Coins, Gems, Tokens, cards or similar digital items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these items have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for money outside the mechanisms specifically offered by Ballwhizz.
6. Purchases
Certain features or digital items may be offered through in-app purchases or other payment channels. Prices, taxes, refunds and payment processing may also be subject to the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.
7. Promotions and Prizes
From time to time, Ballwhizz may run promotions, competitions, draws or prize campaigns. Additional rules may apply to each campaign. Eligibility, timing, prize availability and winner verification may vary by campaign and jurisdiction.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, exploit bugs, automate prohibited activity, manipulate results, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in conduct that harms Ballwhizz or other users.

Ballwhizz software, design, branding, original content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Ballwhizz. Third-party football names, logos, images, marks and data remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
10. Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features, games or content when necessary. We may also update these Terms from time to time.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the service, compromised security, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ballwhizz is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, interruptions, third-party services, or reliance on football information.
